1940: Business start with small stores by Haci Ismail Kobya
1968: Start with fishing and manufacturing
1990: Foundation of Kopyalar A.S. and two gas stations in Yalova
1994: First fish processing company with a capacity of 120 t/day
2000: Process capacity increase from 120 t/day to 470 t/day
2003: New company in Sinop: Dalyan Ltd. Sti. for fish processing with our partners; Akgün Balikcilik, Malkacoglu Balikcilik & Ergün Kardesler Balikcilik Group
2007: New company in Trabzon: Akerko Ltd. Sti. for frozen fish with our partners Akgün Balikcilik & Ergün Kardesler Balikcilik Group 2008: New company in Georgia: Spoo Hamsa for fish processing (company share %50)
2009: Evaporation system integration (latest technology from company Atlas-Stord; Denmark).
